A few weeks ago I walked in just to ask a couple of questions. Man working in the front was snappy with his answers as if I was bothering him. Yes I know people can use the internet. But I was in the area while waiting for my pizza. Friendlier customer service would be nice. Because of him not so sure I will want to use this Company to reserve a vacation property.
