Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable rates. No need to look at other insurance companies. I've been happy here over 20 years.
I have been with June and State Farm for years and have consistently received prompt and reliable service, they always go above and beyond especially if I have a problem, and I would highly recommend June Houck and her team if anyone is looking for home and/or car insurance.
STAY AWAY! Terrible experience. I will never work with State Farm for anything ever, but especially this office. Promises are not kept, service is not adequately provided, and any complaints are pooh poohed away by a phone call from the agent (once) but typically just one of the office workers who do nothing to actually fix the problem. I was promised Drive Safe and Save could NEVER increase your rates, it sure did. By a ~20% INCREASE.
