The packaging was done beautifully with a box and cute ribbon. There was a handwritten note thanking me for my order and a package of jelly beans as well! I can't say enough good about this company! They have gone out of their way to accommodate myself & the very large Kendra Scott groups that I belong to. Their shipping is second to none & the enclosed jelly beans always seem to arrive at the exact right second. Paula has been kind enough to text me & order specific items I "need".
