I want to start this by saying that the staff were very friendly and helpful but the service itself was lacking. I came in for an alignment and noticed that my steering wheel was not straight afterwards. I then came back the next day after work to have them fix it. They took it back and told me to drive it and let them know how it was when they were done. It was still not straight after I left, so I came back right away. We were driving through about half way on our trip and called to see if we could get a quick tire balancing done and they were able to squeeze us in and out in 30 mins and also pointed out some issues down the line but said it wasn't detrimental. Excellent customer service!!!
Brought a truck in for a allinment. N tires I said if for some reason it doesn't allinment go right call me don't do the tiress Its a twenty year ole truck 🤣 Well they didn't call n just put the new tires on Who wants new tires n the alignment is WAY off lol
