Very poor customer service from the receptionist. She was abrupt and rude! The one star is a reflection her behaviour, as for the doctors they deserved a five star. It's a shame, really.
Junction Place is the best clinic I have ever been to. There are lots of doctors so you can see others if yours is not available - they are all wonderful. Dr An is my go-to. Pathology is easy. Great with kids and vaccinations. Nice big waiting room. Front desk support is very professional and knowledgeable.
No matter where I live, I will always come to Junction Place for my medical care. All the staff, from reception to nurses to doctors are all phenomenal, and you can always trust to be treated with the upmost respect, kindness and courtesy. Dr Simon Wong in particular is the most amazing GP.
