As everyone is saying in the reviews check before making and appointment. The office manager is rude. I received 3 calls the day prior to my appointment to verify my insurance and the office manager still had to call me to verify my insurance. She have to clarify with her staff who told her no but my phone records says otherwise. She hung up because I stated my frustration of being called to keep verifying my insurance. El trato del Dr Austin, fue muy bueno. La atención fue buena. Las chicas son muy amables. No espere mucho, igual siempre llego como 10 minutos antes.
La doctora es muy amable, igual que su asistente, me explicaron a detalle mi plan de tratamiento, me aconsejaron que debo hacer primero y lo pasos a seguir, es muy buena la atención y la oficina es muy limpia y organizada
Dr Preciado me ayudó a solucionar mi problema y su asistente Kimberly fue muy amable y me explico todo el procedimiento y cuidados. Recomiendo está clínica dental 😊 y sobre todo hablan español
