here is my review about this trailer court if you own a trailer there even b4 the other manager left the new manager will run you out and take a way your trailer he as already done it to my cousin and they are taking his ass to court because he has wrongly kicked out my cousin so beware of junction city regency that manager is a dick

This trailer park is not somewhere you want to raise your family. The living conditions for the people here are horrible, and the maintenance does not take care of any of it. The potholes are so big that peoples cars are getting torn apart, and their idea of "fixing" it is to cover them in gravel and hope for the best. The repairs in the trailers never get done, and if the park does decide to come fix something, its done with duct tape and yarn. My neighbor died and stayed in his trailer for 3 weeks before anyone found him, ... read more
i have been in this park for 3 years now and it has not got any better!!the old manager was a dope head! but he did keep the park clean and work with people on things while he was riping them off:) now i hurt my back at work and got behind on my lot rent. and my electric was cut off . im on meds that require me not to get to hot! the park manager has been to my home and turned off my generator 3 times and now is threatened to evict me! he doesnt like me because i called the police on his head of maitnance for stealing my cou... read more
