Great gym and great atmosphere! Equipment was in great condition and volunteers for the competition hosted by this gym were great! Programming was phenomenal and competitors all helped me out when I asked for tips on workout movements!! Great environment!!
I enjoyed my time here at JCCF. I had the opportunity to learn through my fitness experience and endured so much growth, strength, and power. When I decided to try crossfit, I was intimidated yet I knew I wanted to be pushed past my own limitations and this space offers you the potential for growth and a sense of community.
Junction City CrossFit is truly exceptional. The coaches genuinely care about your progress and are fully invested in helping you succeed, no matter your fitness level, experience, or age. They’ve created an incredibly welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels supported and encouraged. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, they’ll design a program tailored to your goals. I can’t recommend this community highly enough.
Staff are quick to help and either know the answers to your questions or are willing to get you the answer. Strongly suggest you get in and start!
