The mechanics and staff here are so incredibly helpful - they are very honest and reliable, and willing to answer tons of questions with patience and understanding. We came here to have a few cars checked out before buying them, and the mechanic was so helpful - he was upfront with us about what we should be looking for, and gave great advice about where to look. If you’re looking to get a car checked before buying, this is absolutely where I’d go in Auckland.

It's been awhile since I needed the services of Junction Automative and I have intended on writing this review since then. I limped into Alexandra with a blown out tyre. I was assisted immediately and courteously even though they were full booked. Unbelievable service. I would highly recommend them to anyone
