Had a lovely roast here last Sunday with family visiting, food and service were both excellent, we were mostly served by Lori, she really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. My particular favourite was the cauliflower cheese side dish, I'm glad we ordered 2 because I didn't want to share!
I have to have a gluten free diet and I was spoilt for choice - beers and lagers on tap - plural!! If you are a GF person and enjoy your draft lager and ale you will understand the significance of this! Plus the majority of the food is also GF, no explanation required. The food was excellent as was the lager. Another big plus is that I was a single female dining on my own as I was in Bristol for a training course, and I was made to feel so welcome and safe. I highly recommend.
I had the Bravas burger - one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! 😋
Great spot near the water and good beers on draft!
The beer and wine was fine. However, the toilets are a disgrace. They don't lock for a start. I wouldn't want my wife and daughters using them without the ability to lock and feel secure. How complicated is it to provide a safe space for women? And men.
