I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist and staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. They were able to fit me in right away when I had a broken crown, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and the quality of care was outstanding. The staff here are always very friendly. I have been coming to this dentist office for a long time. The dental hygienist always do fantastic work.
I went for a crown that needed to be replaced. The dentist said I might need to have a root canal because of my tooth being sensitive. I waited as he suggested and then called back requesting that a root canal be done. They referred me out. This is what I don’t understand: on their website they say they do everything. NOW they don’t. They referred me to a dentist who doesn’t accept my insurance.
As someone with A LOT of dentist anxiety I can’t recommend Junaluska Family Dentistry enough. The staff and doctor here are phenomenal, really taking time and patience to make sure you are comfortable. Dr Osborne and Michelle are always so nice. Highly recommend!
