I want to take a moment to share how much I appreciate every single person I have spoke to and delt with at this office. Every interaction I had with *every* staff member (receptionist, hygienist, assistant, and doctor alike) were all extremely pleasant. I have pretty severe anxiety, especially concerning medical offices, and everyone at JFD did an absolutely phenomenal job of making my visits there as easy going as possible while also addressing all of my concerns no matter how silly. Excellent service!!!!! I just went to an emergency last minute appointment to have a tooth extracted and they made it painless and quick. I can't wait for my next official appointment. ❤️
We were thankful to get into a dentist for some work for our child, but other than quick availability, our experience was horrible. The dentist did not have a good disposition for a child. Harsh, critical of us as parents and didn't end up doing work that was needed to do. I thought it was just me and had my husband take him to the next appointment. Upon leaving, my husband said we were never going there again and had an even worse experience than I did.
Wonderful practice, nice professional staff great place for all dental needs highly recommend.
