Worst customer service. They overcharge and charge for services not provided. Suzanne the office manager will not return calls. I would never trust rhe care of my pets to these dishonest people.
RecommendedI recommend this vet hospital. They were considerate and showed compassion and concern for my pet. They were organized and thorough with their explanations and the vet came out to the car to talk to us about his findings and recommendations. They called the next day to see how Jackson was doing. Due to COVID restrictions, I felt they handled my pets needs perfectly and compassionately for any inconvenience we were placed in. Thank you.
I have to say Junaluska hospital is literally the absolute BEST vet clinic there is around here. ALL of the staff is so friendly and VERY helpful . I was literally talking to one of the front desk ladies over the phone for a long time as my kitty Was being worked on. She was giving me very helpful advice and didn’t get annoyed with all my questions. It sucks they have to be so far away I would make them my primary vet!!! Country Lane Animal Hospital just did way more for Max in 20 minutes than Junaluska Animal Hospital did in 2 days for $750. They gave him fluid and something for nausea and want him back there in the morning so they can run barium through him to see if he is actually blocked up. Lake junaluska wouldn't even consider doing that. They treated me like an idiot the whole time, they didn't do anything for my dog, and then they charged me $750 for not doing anything. I had an emergency with my 6lb dachshund, Finnley. It was a Sunday evening so we googled and found Haywood ER Vet located in Junaluska hospital after hrs. The Staff was WONDERFUL! We were seen promptly and paid a very fair price!!! I left knowing my little Finn would be just fine!!! Thank you for a GREAT visit!
