IF THERE WAS A ZERO THEY WOULD DEFRINITELY GET IT. totally uninfromed , ridiculously overpriced and take a cot with you because a 2 hr wait is nothing to them. Having been through the flood and all the resultant contamination issues which made my dog and me sereiously sick, they were lets say to be nice, ill informed, and might as well have callled me an idiot. then they held my dog's meds hostage for vaccinations she is not eve due for. Are you a serious animal lover??? then do NOT go there!

I unfortunately had to use this animal hospital for their emergency services on a week-end. I have NEVER encountered such lack of compassion from the front desk staff!!! Never once did they offer condolences, as I was trying to pay my bill for having to put my 16 year old dog to sleep, and they were extremely rude thru the entire process!! Worst customer service. They overcharge and charge for services not provided. Suzanne the office manager will not return calls. I would never trust rhe care of my pets to these dishonest people.

If you want your loved one (pets) treated like they are on an "animal assembly line" then I would highly recommend Junaluska Animal Hospital. I was recommended to JAH from a friend that had used their after hours services. I brought my dog, Monroe, in for x-rays that required sedation. The lack of concern and lack of professional respect, courtesy and service that I received was disturbing. I have used both the Animal Hospital and its Emergency Hospital. I show and compete with my animals so I have higher than usual expectations of their care. Dr. Frankie and Dr. Roberts have been wonderful to work with. When recently dealing with a difficult diagnosis with one of my animals, both Doctors kept in constant contact with me concerning test results, consultations with Specialists and keeping up with my daily observations of the animal's condition at home.
