Very terrible service specifically receptionist who has poor attitude on the phone.
This place is disgusting they speak to you as if you are illiterate and below them. I call on behave of families and I was treated as an inconvenience as I am trying to do my job and get information, they are required to provide to me. They refuse to give me names that I need for reference purposes and continue to hang up on me when I speak to them kindly. Very unprofessional.

rude front desk trying to treat my parents the same way she treated other elderly people. Too bad i was there and i ain't easy to be dealt with. I could tell she went on and complained to her husband aka THE doctor. The doctor came with a smile and implied with threat. My parents just wanted to get things done so I let it go. someone needs to report them.
