Negligence, poor communication, substandard care and systematic failures have contributed to the untimely loss of our loved one. The level of grief and emotional distress are unimaginable. What kind of Doctor ignores phone calls and paperwork to sign a death certificate and life insurance paperwork.
My 4 year old was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and this office has made every step of the way a nightmare. Between not answering the phones literally EVER, not returning calls for 6+ hours, rescheduling appointments more than once and switching the appointment to a nurse instead, I was told school forms would be sent by a certain date and they were not.
