Tl:Dr: whomever is managing their communication and scheduling is absolutely incompetent and makes this company not worth working with. Review: On our intial appointment date they never showed and did not call to notify. We had an appointment for a quote for mold remediation. They called us two hours before the appointment to move the appointment up by an hour. Would not recommend. This company obsessively places their advertising signs on lawns, cluttering and cheapening entire neighborhoods. It’s a manipulative tactic that shows no respect for the community. If you see these signs, take it as a warning — support businesses that earn customers through quality, not gimmicks.
The folks at Deegan were really great; ranging from a thorough inspection, offering a menu of solutions, to the office staff coordinating with myself and the field workers. A great effort and result A to Z!
