Called several times over the course of three months to get a medical clearance for a mutual patient from Dr. Jun Chung. Front desk is very rude and I could hear them laughing in the background when I was trying to vehemently explain that the patient was upset and is sick and needs the services completed. Dr. Chung is not only extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what he does, he is very thorough & takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and explains everything to you in a way that you understand what is going on with you; why he orders different tests, & what he expects to find with those tests.
