I went here for the first time and was excited because I didn't know it was around the corner from me. The sales lady was very rude. Lectured me on what I already knew. I told her I have silver hair color at home. She didn't comprehend that despite I said it numerous times. I have to use bleach. She didn't understand that I already had color at home. She is Projecting in her reply.
