Staff is super rude. I called to make a reservation and the staff member was rude to me when answering questions. My husband called back to book and, again,ore rudeness, but we booked anyway. We decided to cancel the reservation and when asked why we changed our mind, I told the staff member she had been super rude and we didn’t want to have the party there. She said you don’t know if that was me, but we don’t want your business anyway, and she hung up on me. She said her name was Linette or Wannette, not really sure.
RecommendedMy kiddo had a blast perfect for toddlers! Easy to keep track of all kiddos as well lol and honestly adults had fun to!

Great place for kids to distress from a long week.. Adults too... we love Jumpy Jump Land...
Was not happy with my sons 3rd birthday party in January. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Had an issue with a family member slip on water from a leaking cooler of theirs. Have tried to contact someone but no one answers or calls back.

Jumpy Jump Land will have Open Jump today 1/26/18 10am-2pm for only $5 per child and parents are free. Located @ 1611 W Ledgerwood Rd Andover KS.
I have been to several parties and hosted 2 myself at Jumpy Jump Land, and had nothing but wonderful results! The facilities and bounce houses are clean and well-kept. The staff is very helpful and kind. I will continue to use Jumpy Jump Land for my children's parties and highly recommend it to others!!
