Update to my review below: The owner reached out and rectified. That’s top shelf service! Since the encounter below, my oldest had a great time at Jumptwist and CANNOT wait to return. Thanks team! So our first experience was not great here and no one even bothered to follow up. Gave two stars because when I initially reached out over the phone, that lady was very pleasant & helpful. I’m stuck with a few sessions yet to redeem because I bought a pack, but we already found an alternative for our little ones.
Had an 8 year old birthday here. The kids loved the gym. The birthday party aspect of it left a lot to be desired. We had nearly 30 kids and parents. We attended another birthday a year ago at the same spot. It was much more organized. They did specific competitions and played hide n seek. We did not do any of that at our party. JumpTwist Ninja has been an amazing experience for my 7-year-old boy! The classes are fun, energetic, and packed with exciting ninja-style challenges that keep him active and engaged. He looks forward to the next session. It’s the perfect mix of sport and play in a safe, supportive environment! Megan is super great coach!
