I’m sure this place is great if you need ozempic or lip injections or a facial, since it looks like that’s what they do(?), but if you’re looking for a primary care physician, I recommend going elsewhere. First of all, I have never even met Doctor Shalena Islam. Is she real? She must be in the back doing lip injections or facials or whatever because every appointment I schedule has been handled by the nurse practitioner. This is overall a good place, the problem is the receptionist. She talks over the doctor's in their chembar. Telling them to give this over that, confuses both patients(us) and the doctors. A clinic should hold better standards for their receptionists.
What a waste of time
my first visit to this office and it’s beautiful, very calm, very relaxing. makes you feel very safe as a new patient
