After waiting sometime, Mr. Jaime Perez formerly from Jumpion's and currently with Jump Blast has come to deliver the units that were previously ordered and promised. I understood his hardship in changing companies from Jumpions to Jump Blast and that his goal was to satisfy all his customers. I highly recommend his business and the products he offers. Our previous complaint has come to a satisfaction. I give him a Five Star for his commitment. Lourdes

Poor- Fair does not adequately represent the customer service of Jumpions. I placed an order for a product in January - the product was not delivered by the due date. We did not have the product for our event. After calling every day for 3 months we were told our product was being shipped. We requested shipping conformation which we never received, Again the product never arrived - Jumpions said it was shipped to the wrong location. Poorly made product, even worse customer service. I have had an 18' inflatable slide for about a year and a 1/2 and the slide cover has worn through twice and the slide is starting to wear through. The slide has never been used outdoors, never had shoes on it, and never moves from it's location. They refuse to return my calls. Very poor customer service. Buyer Beware!
