As a woman in my 60's, Jumping Fitness is a GREAT workout. It is low-impact (easy on my knees), & a fun way to get my heart-rate up. We rebound to up-beat music & enjoy a logical progression to the work-out (warm-up, low-intensity, hi-intensity, cool-down, etc). The instructors give clear directions of what to expect prior to each set, & I'm able to adapt to my needs/comfort level. There are so many advantages to jumping/rebounding! I always feel energized & happy after a Jumping Fitness class.

I joined Jumping Fitness about 8 months ago and I love every bit of it! The coaches are very personable and challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. My health has improved significantly and these classes have played a huge role in my weight loss journey. Not only will you love the workouts, the members are also great and fun to be around!

One of my friends had been trying to convince me to try a class with her for a long time. I tried a free class in February and have been hooked. Andy and Romi are both amazing and energetic! They make the classes fun and different every time, you don’t even feel like you are working out. I have seen such big transformation in just the few months that I have been going the classes. I am not only losing weight but also toning and gaining strength. I HIGHLY recommend that you try a class because you won’t regret it.

Jumping fitness is a wonderful way to have fun while doing cardio and strength training! Jumping on the trampoline helps give you a more intensive workout without the body aches that you get with a conventional workout. Also, all of the instructors are super encouraging! If you love music this will rock you right through your workout too! Also, there is a variety of workouts, so you never get bored doing the same routine!

From doing the jumping classes, I have felt stronger, more energetic, and it's easy on the joints! The coaches are very supportive and encouraging! Every class has such upbeat music that it makes it easy to stay with it!
