kids love it! – I have been coming here with my 4 children for the last 5 years. I have had two kids since I started coming. Each time the staff has given us a gift card as a gift to the siblings. They are great and always know us by name. I can't imagine people saying its dirty, etc. They are always cleaning when I am in there.

DON'T BOTHER... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. – Terrible food, terrible staff, and a rip off... way over priced and some of the games didn't even work! ATM machine broken too. Nasty pizza too. Don't bother. Go to Pump It Up instead, they are wayyy better.

Dirty and unfriendly staff – Went to Jumpin Jacks in Urbandale Wednesday afternoon with some friends and not only was it dirty and smelled like dirty socks but the staff was not friendly at all, is it that hard to find friendly people that smile?, or they really hated working there. They make you pay to get in and then you spend another $10 on arcade games because the kids are bored after 30 minutes of bouncing and want tokens to play the games. Won't be going again – The place was dirty. They don't do any supervision. You think you have a party reserved but all you have is a table. The place was a mad house. There were kids running everywhere. Couple of the kids got hurt since no one was watching them. The pizza tasted like cardboard. We won't be going back.
