Had my car towed to Jumpers from where the transmission stopped working. They troubleshot the problem, gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the repair. Been using them since 2000. Dave is the straightest shooter in the biz!
I'm reluctant to even give one star! This is the worst shop around! I made an appointment to have my not working AC repaired, but when I showed up the secretary went out to get the mileage and couldn't figure out how to!!! Then she asked if my car was tuned or modified and I said yes, and she hands back my keys and says he won't touch it!! Said that's his policy!!':( they screwed me hard years ago on an s10 head gasket by not replacing the head gasket but by using stop leak! Stay away from this place. I took my car in to have a sensor replaced, based on an emissions test. It took me a week to get an open slot so I took it. They had my car all day and at the end of the day, when I needed my car for work, the very callous person at the front desk said I could get it and bring it back and they would "try to get to it" so I left the car there. I come to jumpers for my 2007 caravan from time to time when I have issues and they are always courteous and ask the right questions. They take time to make sure that I understand exactly what the problem is and how it can be resolved they are always interested in getting you back on the road as soon as possible. I have also taken my wife’s car here too, and they have always been very courteous and helpful. Great experience with a great result I recommend them five stars.
