Very happy with Jumper Media and especially with my rep Keseva. She is very knowledgeable about Google trends and how to maximize your page for being seen on Google. They also do a lot of work to help improve your visibility and web traffic with their process. I will continue working with Keseva and Jumper Media moving forward due to their ability to help my business grow!
I don't know what's going on with this company. i have been a customer for over a year and they are not doing what they said they would do for my business. They promised a 400 credit for a promotional video which is on their website but they never issued the credit. I don't even show up in rankings from different browsers and repeatedly i have called with no answer nor have my multiple emails received a response. They are taking my money but not providing any service. This nothing more than a shadow business stealing money.
Colt is a great guy. Can see why this is a successful company. Would recommend, knowing someone like that owns the company.
I signed up for a three-month subscription with Jumper Media based on their promise that my restaurant would rank in the top three for my target keywords. Unfortunately, after three months of working together, my business did not achieve those rankings. In addition, I was told that my brand would be actively promoted on Instagram and other social media platforms, but I did not see the level of marketing support or results that were originally communicated. 1 month into using their services after doing the free week trial. Pretty underwhelming compared to their promises they make in their IG ads. Haven’t made any progress in our Google search rankings for 1 month. Hoping they will change my mind and I will have to change this review. As of now, it seems like a waste of money and time.
