We've been using Jumperman Rental bounce houses since 2005, sometimes twice in the same year!!!! They have always delivered an amazing product and the bounce house has always been the hit of the party! Even as young adults, my kids look forward to the bouncing fun. We have NEVER had any issues! Wow! You guys are the best! I cannot begin to explain how I am so happy that I found party rental company that he was able to agree with me in all of my decisions! Your employees are great and Phill also very happy that they were all able to help me out so much and all of my party needs! Called to book a water slide jumper, they said they didn’t have anything available. I told them on the website, it was allowing me to check out. The guy told me that the website just goes off of inventory. If it did, then you would have some available. So I asked him this and he said, well we do have some available but we don’t have anyone to bring it to you. Not sure which it was, but whatever the reason, the website should reflect that. Absolutely amazing!! Customer service was amazing, called verified everything, arrived and set up on time and as scheduled, picked up exactly when they said they would, immediately called me back and answered all my questions, even when it started to rain. Joshua was friendly, professional and very courteous! Absolutely, would recommend and will be using again!
The guys were professional from the phone all of the way to pick up. My daughter enjoyed her first birthday party & had a blast in the jumper. I went with them for my baby shower last year & just HAD to go back. Cheapest in the valley & professional. I’ll be renting again soon.
