The owners were incredibly professional from start to finish. I spoke with them by phone before placing my order, then submitted everything through their online reservation system, which was quick and easy. They stayed in touch leading up to my event date, sent my invoice promptly, and even called the day before my 4‑11‑26 delivery to confirm details. Good quality jumper and very prompt set up and pick up service. Was very flexible on timing and worked with us on a day with intermittent rain. Simon, who did the delivery struck me as a good dude. It's a bit corny, but the way he asked whether the kids had fun when he came to pick up the jumper gave me the impression that the best part of his day was getting that "yes."

They were very easy to work with, showed up even earlier than I needed with a quick phone call to adjust times. Picked up at dark and it was super clean jump house! I had a bad experience with another company in the past where they gave me some B.S. about getting a flat tire and showed up late to my daughters 6 birthday and basically flopped the party because of it. Nothing of the sort with these guys, feel confident with your order with them, they crushed it! Thank you!!!
