Excellent company for party rentals! Friendly service, great communication, prompt delivery and pick up. Would rent through Jumper House again and again.
Recently rented a bounce house and a few tables and chairs for a park party and was very pleased with the service! They’re flexible and easy to reach over the phone, I was able to change my order a couple of times. They communicated the plan the day before, and arrived on time the day of the party. Everything was set up smoothly and the delivery person was again easy to talk to and work with! The tables and chairs they dropped off were also all well maintained and good quality! Highly recommend renting from them.
We had an amazing experience with Jumper House Party Rental! From start to finish, their communication was excellent and they were incredibly easy to work with. They were excellent, communicative and very efficient. We rented heat lamps and a cotton candy machine from them for my son's birthday party. They came on time, set everything up, explained how to use the cotton candy machine and then after the party took everything down. Highly recommend their supplies and services!
The owners were incredibly professional from start to finish. I spoke with them by phone before placing my order, then submitted everything through their online reservation system, which was quick and easy. They stayed in touch leading up to my event date, sent my invoice promptly, and even called the day before my 4‑11‑26 delivery to confirm details.
