During the recent ice storm, my mom’s Generac generator did not work. She is elderly and lives alone in Corinth where the storm was devastating. Her generator was purchased from another retailer 2 years ago. Cameron and his staff assessed the problem, ( a factory defect with the motor) and went above and beyond to get it replaced for her, especially at such a busy time after the storm. I am very happy to recommend Jumper Electric and Sales LLC, Booneville, MS. They just installed a Generac generator for us. Two young men arrived at exactly the specified time promised, and the job was completed at exactly the time given which means a lot to me. They took extra care to not drive on our grass and also to keep the house and yard clean. They were very professional in conduct and appearance. We could not be any happier with Jumper Electric.

We are in the middle of an ice, sleet and snow storm, power is out everywhere. My whole house Generac generator has been running for a solid 12 hours now. I am warm and comfortable. One of the best choices I've ever made. I recommend getting the Generac generator from Jumper Electric for future outages. They are a great team to work with.
