Stay away from this company! We hired JumpCrew to outsource our sales. They not only failed to meet the obligations in their contract, they actually ended up causing us a loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars (yes, that's not a typo). Hello, I hope this helps someone. No matter how desperate you are for a job, I would strongly advise against working here. Quotas are changed in the middle of the month, making it nearly impossible to earn the commission you were originally promised. Management is disorganized, and some managers lack the training and knowledge needed to properly support their teams. I would not recommend working at JumpCrew. During my time there, I was never paid on time, which caused constant stress. The company also denied me legally protected medical leave, which is not only unfair but illegal. Employees are routinely overworked, including management, and there is little to no support from leadership. My manager even left while I was still employed. Overall, the workplace feels like a complete mismanagement and chaos. I strongly caution anyone considering working here.
