I would not recommend working at JumpCrew. During my time there, I was never paid on time, which caused constant stress. The company also denied me legally protected medical leave, which is not only unfair but illegal. Employees are routinely overworked, including management, and there is little to no support from leadership. My manager even left while I was still employed. Overall, the workplace feels like a complete mismanagement and chaos. I strongly caution anyone considering working here.

The absolute worst interview experience I've ever had. Jackie James sets you up initially then pushed you over to Dan who will interview and seems totally uninterested in the interview. Young kid...THen they will completely ghost you, not respond to emails or phone calls. Not even an email to say you didn't get the job. BE AWARE
JumpCrew straight up feels like a scam. You’re promised a legit sales job with opportunity, training, and a “winning culture,” but what you get is a bait-and-switch operation built on false promises, shady tactics, and zero actual support. They talk a big game during interviews, but once you're in, it’s clear: they don’t care about your growth, your sanity, or your success — just short-term metrics and pretending everything's fine.
