everyone was so polite and helpful! Brayden was super patient and positive the whole time while helping!!
My phone wasn’t charging, so I went to a different location first, where the staff was quick to tell me I probably needed a new battery since I have an older generation iPhone and the battery port appeared clean. They told me the Preston location replaces batteries, so when I went there to ask for a replacement, a woman working there took my phone to the back. Do not go here for any apple authorised dealership issues. They do not honor apple care as they are supposed too. Their treatment of customers is poor, especially if your young and/ or a women. If you do go to this dealer know everything before you go and know how to stand firm or they will take advantage of you.
