My iPhone which was under Apples warranty had a defect where the screen wasn’t functioning properly. I went in to get it repaired. Was told that because there was a small scratch on my phone the warranty was voided and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to get the screen replaced for an issue which was entirely not my fault. Very disappointing they find any excuse to force you to pay. Do not trust that they won’t try to rip you off like this like they did to me.
very horrible place and time wasters, they don't seem to know what they are doing, even the customer service was the worst have had in Canada as a whole, very very shameful to visit this place, please don't bother coming here hoping to get things fixed. you would leave disappointed and empty handed. flee from this place please.
