I had a great experience my first time here. My phone unexpectedly bit the dust last Friday night. I walked over to this Jump.ca location, which is just a few blocks away from me, to get a replacement. The model I wanted, and was eligible for my free upgrade with was sold out. They located a couple of their other stores that had it in stock, but I was without a vehicle for a few days. They said they could order it in and it would arrive by Tuesday. It did.
