Just went by to upgrade my phone during open hours and there were no employees present. Nothing particularly bad happened at this visit, but every time I’ve gone in the employees are either straight up not helpful or brush you off and ignore your valid questions. I don’t know why I still go there, especially because last time I upgraded my phone I was told it wouldn’t work (who knows what that means) and I had to set everything up myself while still being charged a hefty service fee.
