Daughter-in-law called to inquire about a party and she was sold their biggest package for $250 for 25 kids. Was suppose to come with the room decorated and when we walked in nothing had been done. Luckily we had brought our own tableclothes and balloons. Kept trying to ask staff what all did $250 buy and basically that pays for 45 mins in the room and 1 hr of jump time. We visited for the first time last week and have already been back this week! The kids all love it, from my 1 year old to the 13 year old. The facility was clean with multiple activities to keep the kids occupied. The open plan made watching them easy. We used a groupon so the price was fantastic, too.
My three year old daughter was very nearly injured (fell 5+ feet) because a piece of their equipment fell a part when she was on it. The staff went on to tell me that this has happened multiple times. Please do yourself and your little one a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
