This place is great! Have had PT at both Natick and Newton locations. Everyone is super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They really know their stuff!!!
I had an ACL revision surgery, after multiple tears - with the latest being a graft fail 15 years later. I was not thrilled at the situation of having to do another ACL op & rehab, but Jump Start, especially Jacob made it as fun as possible! The sessions are all one-on-one and personalized, which is very important with any injury. The entire staff is nice, knowledgeable, and very personable. I’ve been working with Janey,Marissa,and James at Jumpstart Physical Therapy to rehabilitate post knee surgery. They have been incredibly supportive,effective,fun and professional!I highly recommend Jumpstart for any physical therapy needs.
Who knew that PT could be enjoyable.... The staff is not only competent, thorough and professional but they treat the "whole patient" in the sense that they are engaging and curious about more than just where it hurts. They are fun to be around; you can tell that they love what they do. Oh, and yes, the PT has been very successful. I'd give Janey 6 stars but it only goes up to 5. So 5+...
