Excellent programming and just a great community of people!
Best CrossFit/HYROX/Weightlifting gym in Hawaii. The owners are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and truly show passion into everyone’s fitness! I highly recommend coming in for a drop in if you are visiting or if you are on island looking for a new gym. I have been searching for a long time for a quality gym that meets my needs and finally found it!
This CrossFit gym Jump Ship has such a great atmosphere and the camaraderie really stands out because everyone actually supports each other and makes it fun to show up every day. The coaches are excellent and build real relationships with you so it feels personal and motivating instead of intimidating. I also love how there is always a variety of workouts so nothing ever feels repetitive and it keeps things exciting. Absolutely love this gym. The coaching at Jump Ship West side is on another level — super attentive, technical, and always focused on keeping you safe while pushing you to improve. The community is welcoming from day one, and the programming is challenging in the best way. Every class feels structured and intentional. Being posted in Hawaii, this place has become a huge part of my routine. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for real CrossFit with real coaching.
