I can’t recommend Jump Ship CrossFit enough! A little background: I was part of a CrossFit gym for about a year back in 2010, where I gained some fundamentals in lifting form. Great place to workout and even accommodating to old guys like me. Just one piece of advice, leave your ego at the door and have a great time. The coaches and owners are great in helping you to meet whatever goals you have from just getting into and staying in shape to trying your hand at being a competitive CF athlete. I highly recommend this CF gym.

I'm one of the few people that started working out at the gym when it first started. Love the coaching, love the owners. Such a cool vibe and everyone gets along. I also believe that they have the best programming because I go to other Crossfit when I travel and there's no comparison to my level of fitness to others it's a great feeling to have and I owe it all to this gym.
