I tried to not mention specific employee names but your denial or implying of me not communicating with you will be proven to be false. I received a call one day before the arrival of the technician by your staff member Simone. Had a nightmare interaction with this company. The technician came asked for my hose only to soak my ac down did a couple filter tests which is minor (I could have done this myself )and only to be on the cell phone the whole time during my inspection was clearly not focused on my repair. That led to him misdiagnosing my ac issue. He said my ac has a compressor issue but it is covered under my plan but no need to worry I will order it for you and it will be replaced with no charge.
