This is the worst Coop in the United States. How they have 3 stars is beyond me. We have lived in the area for six months, we have had a power outage ever two weeks stretching from anywhere between 3 hours to 4 days. Including losing power for 5 hours on New Years. The fact that our town has not voted to oust this horrible company is ridiculous. Not to mention, they left an overhead line in my neighbors driveway (for 4 days!!!) before doing anything about it. The worst power company I've ever had! Yes we had a snow storm, my power went out at 3:00am. 18hrs and counting still no power. Called Jumpy and said crews were assigned. I checked their crew assignments on their own site and were not even on the list . After 30 calls I'm told that they have no record of an outage in my area now! They did this again last year where we were out for 13 days and again they said they had no record of an outage , same excuse. They were supposed to have these line underground years ago .
