Was just told to leave because I assisted my 2 and 3 year old up one of the obstacles. Staff was very rude. The place was empty and the two employees were sitting behind the concession stand.
We go on many occasions and the pricing is different every time. Also, sometimes they let me bring my starbucks coffee in and sometimes they don't. There are no inflatables to just jump in. They charge $5.50 for my little one that can technically can only play in 2 of the inflatables, he ends up playing with the toddler toys more than in the inflatables, a waste of $5.50. Can you jump at this place called JUMP IT? NO! With a name like that, it made me think there would be at least a couple of bounce houses where kids could jump! This is not the case. They have 4 or 5 large climb and slide inflatables which are all the same layout, colors and get repetitive and boring. Also most of them are impossible for children ages 3-6 to even get in with their "feet first" dangerous policy posted on the outside.
