This is the perfect family outing and also nice place to give a party and great bang for your buck will definitely be back
Terrible experience. 3 year olds running around barefoot unsupervised, and there was no fans in sight. I spent the whole time sweating like crazy on the bench because it was so hot. Not to mention the fact that it was so close to the concrete I FRACTURED MY FOOT. There was 0 water fountains so you couldn't quench your thirst. And it was 55 dollars for 4 people. I want kangazoom back.
Extremely disappointed with Jump City. Within just 15 minutes, it became hard to breathe as the ACs were not working at all. This is something they should have informed us about before we paid. We requested a refund or at least a partial refund but they handled it very poorly. No proper response, just delays and passing us around to different staff claiming we had to speak to the manager. We left sweating, frustrated and completely let down. Unprofessional and unacceptable!!
