My husband was just back from Afghanistan and we surprised my daughter with a great birthday party and her daddy. Jump 4 Joy delivered a castle for her party and when the delivery guy opened it up, it had maggots in it! He tried to wipe them away as if we didn't notice. He had a really bad attitude as if he was doing us a favor. Stay away from these scumbags.
I rented the princess bounce house for my daughters 4th birthday. The service was excellent, the house was delivered and set up on time and picked up when scheduled. My phone calls were answered quickly and professionally. The prices were significantly better than other rental companies around Jax. I will definitely be using Jump 4 Joy in the future!Laura
