Camila and Ignacio provided exceptional support. I also genuinely trust that if additional support is needed, they will care to help our organization further. From supporting training our staff on this new system, to helping with technical aspects of the onboarding setup, Jumbula provided exceptional customer service. We are a non-profit with specific needs and Jumbula was able to make the complex simple. We're very grateful.

As a small nonprofit, Jumbula's online registration system makes it simple for our participants and collaborators to get all signed up for our programs (camps). On the rare occasion we need support (the online support is great) we get a response within a short time span and the representatives stay with us until the hiccup is resolved. Our national collaborators find the platform easy to get large numbers of participants registered and eCLOSE can quickly generate reports from the information entered.

It dramatically cuts down on administrative work. The registration flow is smooth, modern, and customizable. Parents consistently comment on how easy and stress-free it is to sign up
