This payment management system, is not intuitive, difficult for clients to navigate. Poor design and user experience. There are way better payment systems out there.
The software is awful. The billing & payment processing is the worst part.
We used this service last year. It was adequate and we decided to go a different direction this year. Per their terms of use, we contacted their customer service no less than 3 times to unsubscribe and have not received a response. We continue to be charged despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe. Unacceptable. I do not recommend.
They offer lots of options and fair price. One of the few companies which offer a complete solution for after-school registration. Their registration website interface could be a bit more simple design-wise to make it easier to follow for parents.
Great support and services provided and even when I have questions or concerns, they are always readily available! They gave me a package to fit the needs of my program and even offered a reasonable rate! Great starter site for new programs and even better management for older programs with many products and services.
