We have been using Jumbula since 2021. It is fully customizable and intuitive to use on the back end. Our customers find it easy too. It is great for any organization offering classes, camps, and even special event registrations. Jumbula allows our organization full flexibility. If you need someone to set everything up for you, try something else. The support is very responsive in solving problems or helping you figure something out.
Jumbula has been a great addition to our company! We started using Jumbula for class registrations last year and registrations have been nothing but smooth for us on the administrative side and for the users registering. They are very helpful if you ever need to reach out and have a knowledge base website that explains how to do everything!
I have been with Jumbula for years now, and I love their platform. It’s easy to build classes, run reports, link to my website, and it’s easy for customers to register. I love that customers can create a family account with each child’s info and then just click a box to sign up each child. Credit card processing fees are comparable to other systems. And their customer support has been great. They respond quickly and do what they can to help, then follow up to make sure everything is taken care of.
