It's absurd to charge customers convenience fee on credit card payments. This should be charged to the company and not the customers.

This payment management system, is not intuitive, difficult for clients to navigate. Poor design and user experience. There are way better payment systems out there.
The software is awful. The billing & payment processing is the worst part.
We used this service last year. It was adequate and we decided to go a different direction this year. Per their terms of use, we contacted their customer service no less than 3 times to unsubscribe and have not received a response. We continue to be charged despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe. Unacceptable. I do not recommend.
