I was a tenant for two years and had to move to California quickly during COVID. Jumbo Real Estate was very accommodating. I dealt with Danielle who was efficient and helpful.
We have been tenants for a year. The company does not respond to tenant concerns, puts every possible obstacle in the way of getting service (for instance telling a tenant who reports an elevator problem that the tenant has to complete a work order to get the problem addressed), failing to provide most services until the third or fourth request (like ant infestations, roof leaks) and generally taking the attitude that they don’t have to do anything unless you hound them.
