I can only believe that any positive reviews were written by this business' employees. My temp registration was about to expire and still no title in the mail. This took many, many phone calls and it was even sent out to a nonexistent address. I finally received it after a ton of hassle. Getting a car's title to your buyer is a basic and simple requirement of a car dealership so I don't know why this place can't handle that. BEWARE!!! I purchased a truck from these people for business purposes on April 29. I was suppose to receive the title and a $1000 check (due to several things on the truck not working) within three business days. It took me 2 MONTHS and multiple repeat phones call and left messages (never even a return phone call) to several different people to even receive the title so we could register the truck. I know it's too late for me to do anything now. I bought a 2001 BMW 325i from Jumbo 4 years ago. Biggest mistake I have made to date. I pretty much bought a timebomb. When I first bought the car, horn and windows didnt work, let alone no spare tire, jack, or emergency tools provided so safety was an issue from the start. took it back and they fixed those few issues and gave me a spare. Bought a used car from them and the next day the engine blew! They used an illegal sealant to seal all the cracks so the customer will drive off the lot and THINK they have a good vehicle. Called the manager Joe and after many days of waiting was told that it was MY fault that the engine blew because I drove the car! horrible horrible, i went ther in 2010 around september, i was gonna buy an sprinter for work, this was at 7pm i give them 2000 dollars down payment and they tell me i was approve for finance. next day i went to pick up the car, and this idiota told me that they could not approve me for that car, them i ask them for a refund of the down payment, they told me that i have to wait for a manager to approve the refund, i ended up going there for two weeks straigh waiting for the manager to approve my refund. also i found out that... read more
