Finally! I found the work out I have been searching for! Motivating and challenging, it is as intense as you want it to be. A rare combination of strength and true cardio in one small class with fun experienced trainers. The equipment is top notch, easy to use, and it feels like a semi private trainer session. I have been coming to this gym for about 6 months and I always leave feeling amazing. As a new student I felt welcomed and was given a personal tour of the space. I can especially recommend Mary and Ilana as coaches. Mary somehow has gotten me to enjoy being on the treadmill. Ilana always takes the time to break down moves so you know you’re doing it correctly. I always leave class feeling like I pushed myself and I am excited to keep coming back for more.
