I have been working out at Juma for 2 years and love it. The instructors are motivational throughout class and the workouts really push you to do and feel your best.
Juma Fit studio is my favorite place to go for high energy treadmill and sculpt classes. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable, are great at coaching form and pacing and know how to push you without being intimidating. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and makes it easy to show up even on low motivation days. I especially love the creative class formats because no two workouts feel the same. I can’t say enough good things about Juma Fit and the classes here. I’ve done a lot of workouts over the years, and nothing compares to the energy, coaching, and community Juma creates. Bryan who coaches the classes I take genuinely cares about every single person in the room and makes you feel supported while still pushing you to work harder than you thought you could. I was looking for a new workout routine, and now having consistently stuck with Juma Fit's classes for over a year, I can confidently say this place has changed me physically and mentally. Great studio!! Love the variety of classes. Tread/weights classes amazing. Instructors super helpful and adjust the workout for different levels. I love Juma!
