Those of you who gave them a good rating must live in Rancho Santa Fe. Lots of money there so they must feel obligated to step up their game and protect the Lowes brand. Or perhaps Rancho Santa Fe tips them really well and treats them to a meal everyday they work. Julz Corp has no care or desire to do a condo/townhouse in San Diego. Smaller homes/jobs equal poor workmanship, unskilled employees, and lazy, sloppy work with you sitting in garbage for months because no one comes to pick anything up. I was set up with this contractor through a bathroom cabinet installation project with Lowes. Initially they came out to inspect the product before installing and it was then that they told my housekeeper that they would not be wearing any shoe covers on my very expensive carpet when they do the install. When I got word of this I called the project manager and explained that I needed them to respect my home by at least putting on non-slip shoe covers when on the carpet. RUN 🏃🏻♀️➡️ as fast as you can. Do not hire. There's got to be better honest professional contractors out there. Will update this review when my project is complete, if they ever do complete it. If not, breech of contract.
Just did a closet addition to my house. It is actually my second project with Julz Corp, and they are already lined up for a third one. These guys are the very best. Isaac and Richard are skilled and attentive, they communicate and are on time and on schedule, and the craftsmanship is second to none. You need something done? These are your guys!
