Never having had a backyard waterfall/pond system previously, I called Chris to come and evaluate the existing 10 year old system that came with our new home purchase in Sep/23 here in Mono, ON. A cold call to Chris at July Ponds was answered immediately. We were experiencing a slow leak and were unable to determine where it was happening. Chris suggested we do a couple of things. We did and came up with possible problem areas. Chris called to see if we resolved the problem, regrettably not. I scheduled an appointment. Money well spent! What a difference. We are so happy with the transformation of our pond. The staff was awesome to work with, prompt, professional and very helpful. Can not say enough good. Definitely recommend!
Came and did the bare minimum, was left with a hack job.
