Had a bad experience here I brought my 2015 audi in for a diagnostic for repairs I knew it was major repairs spoke with wife who was the receptionist she explained that was many repairs that needed done said that the ac may need more in detail repairs that it will not be sure until we checked it and did service. I understand that so I agreed too it with the understanding that if it only needed service we would continue with other repairs. After waiting a 3weeks and giving them the okay too continue. What a kind and welcoming experience I had today at this shop! Even though they were really busy with their stuff they were able to help me changing my tire! As a new car owner I was nervous and they explained everything to me! Very recommended
