very unprofessional front desk personnel. she took 2 people ahead of us, even after they came 30 minutes after us. She had no regrets and kept giving false excuses. Dr. just lost 2 patients, my wife and me. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone, any more.
On Christmas Eve, 1989, when every other doctor at the JCMC wanted to cut off my leg at the hip, because they didn't think that they could reconstruct my pelvis(which was broken in 13 places), Dr. Rao stepped up and did a magnificent job. He also performed my first hip replacement when I was old enough to receive it. I've always found him to be highly capable, caring and attentive, as was/is his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Rao, and have, to many friends.
Dr rao is highly skilled and experienced. Also so caring and personal.
Dr.Rao did a great job on reconnecting the tendons in my shoulder and my bicep. his staff was friendly and respectful of me and of course the doctor which showed me he had earned their respect as a leader. it is one year later and my left shoulder feels great and has full range of motion with no pain.
